一、核心优势:二硫化钼为塑料带来什么?
摩擦系数显著降低:
MoS₂的层状结构(硫-钼-硫)层间作用力弱,极易相对滑动。将其均匀分散在塑料中,能在摩擦界面形成润滑膜,摩擦系数可降低30%-50%甚至更多,使部件运行更顺畅、节能。
耐磨性大幅提升:
润滑膜减少了直接接触和粘着磨损,同时MoS₂本身硬度较高,能有效抵抗磨粒磨损。塑料部件寿命可延长数倍,尤其适用于高PV值(压力x速度)工况。

汽车工业: 门锁机构、座椅调节器、安全带扣(减少异响与磨损)。

三、关键技术:如何用好MoS₂?
分散是关键:
MoS₂易团聚。需强力剪切分散(如双螺杆挤出机)并使用偶联剂表面处理,确保纳米/微米颗粒在塑料中均匀分布,避免应力集中点。
粒径与形态选择:
微米级:成本低,通用性强。
